Hello and welcome back to another video!

Please take note, the collision is not meant to be historically realistic in terms of position of either planets, the effects of the collision, and the speed of Theia. The only factor meant to be true is the size of Earth and Theia.

Oh my lord this video has 10 million views. Never in a lifetime did I expect it to reach this kind of popularity. Well, I hope you all enjoy this 2 year old video that literally took 2 and a half minutes to make.

Respect to theia for making all this possible

To everyone who would like to speak about the inaccuracy of the video, please read the description.
  • I was overwhelmed and got a deep impression from the beauty of the picture and a solemn melody .
  • This happened 4.5 billion years ago. If that event like that were to repeat today. That is much worse than a moon colliding

Chờ hoài 5 năm chưa thấy đâu cả đây với là cách giải quyết mọi nguồn của sự việc nhánh nhất , chính xác nhất , công bằng nhất

Space is HUGE! Cool imagination. Love it.
  • @twisterwiper
I wish someone would make a realistic and scientifically correct animation of this. Would be spectacular!

The strongest eartquake ever registered in Earth was 9.6 in richter measure. Cientists said that the collision with Theia could have triggered a 32 richter eartquake.

What probably happened: Theia barely collided with earth, rotating it 23.5° to it's side. (giving us seasons) Then, Theia turned into Earth's rings, which later came together to make the moon. And then, yeah. Were here now.
  • @Cranris
the video is still insanely amazing even with a watermark!

Theia hit the Earth by scratching along the surface, and falling nearly into an orbit, before being finally descending into the Earth. Whatever remained in orbit became your little Luna- I mean moon xd
  • Thank goodness you were the second Youtube that I saw did an actual custom Theia, not a stupid Mars substitute. The first one was Neptunian guy/MaffBros which I requested to make a custom Theia for the same reason
  • @bai
Wasn't Earth a hellfire planet when this happened? And.. why Theia collision is not melting at least 2/3 of the whole Earth? Mmh
  • @bigdopamine9343
Yeah that doesn’t even begin to show how bad the damage would be. The entire surface would be a sea of superheated liquid rock.

I mean, at least Yellowstone's solved for a while
