My 90 year old dad and I would watch this on PBS. We used to guess what color Mrs. Slocomb's hair would be.

Dear BBC, thank you so much for allowing this to be here.
-
This show has saved my life...lol. it was almost calming during some really stressful situations. I always go back to it!!
-
Is it just me who runs back to watch this show, everytime I feel down ❤️
-
I love this whole series......and I am unanimous in that.

My dear late parents loved this show...I can still hear them laughing whenever I watch these hilarious shows! My Mom really loved this toy department episode🥰❤

“Well done Mr Grainger And if you work really hard for 20-30 years, you’ll earn what you did 5 minutes ago”. First time I heard that I collapsed with laughter. It’s still funny

"TODDLER'S WEAR" was classic. And Mr. Grainger and Young Mr. Grace playing with the trains is further proof men don't grow up, we just get more expensive toys.
-
"They don't call him 'Fun Time Freddy' for nothing!" 😂

I used to watch this as a kid with my grandma, on PBS at night while we crocheted together😊 so many fond memories, along with Keeping Up Appearances.
-
My husband was stationed in England (two tours) and we would watch this and a few other shows. We were glad seeing them on PBS for a long time. So sad that they have decided to take all the great classics off.

No one can rock a blue bee hive like Mrs.Slocombe.

Good old fashioned humor that makes you smile and catches you totally off guard.... I wish there were shows on like this now.... As a humanity We have become to serious, to absorbed in the complexities of life.... When I watch this it's like taking 30 years off my life.... I'm young again....
-
One of my favorite episodes if only because of the ending, the sweetness of mutual understanding between Mr Grace and Mr Grainger, and the seemingly authentic smile of Miss Bakewell
-
One of British Television's finest creations! Long live Humphries, Slocum and the rest!
-
"you 'ave to 'ave two or they won't wobble". It gets me every time, and I must 've seen this episode at least 10 times.
-
I watch this show everyday and will continue for eternity. Grace Bros. forever!
-
Thank you PBS for introducing us to this gem of a show.
-
Bravo!!! Only the Brits could make something so foolish so funny!!! Still very funny and entertaining after all these years!

28:56 "...so I could go on playing with my trains." Oh I love Grainger's face here. He's so adorable.
