Ash - Acoustic Live

I've been wanting to do this for a while, just an acoustic improvisation of some of my tracks. The piano was the first instrument I learned when I was 6 years old and when I'm caught up in my production process, I sometimes forget how much I used to enjoy just sitting on my piano and jamming for a bit. Before I started incorporating electronic elements in my music, I was only composing on my piano. Now, I love this process of just improvising on the go with the piano, guitar and sax. It's definitely not always musically perfect, but it gives me so much freedom to experiment with new melodies around the ones that you already know from these tracks. Listening to acoustic sessions from other musicians always calms me down and touches my soul, I hope I can do the same for you. 🙌

after 12 hours at the office i came home,took my baby girl in my arms and just sat on the couch.she fall asleep at my chest after 10 min, and i held her there listening to this beautiful soul touching music of yours.maybe the best moment of my life.thank you 🙏

This is otherworldly, evocative and deeply soulful. So grateful to have "found" him and his music. Perhaps it's because of what's going on in this crazy World right now (10.11.23) but I've been allowing myself to have my feelings surface.
