Blow dry the piece before rolling, wrap hair while still warm, once all done rolling entire head, use a cold blow dry all around. Thwn remove after minimum 20 min

I'm absolutely clueless with hair but want to start making an effort! Can you use these rollers on both dry and damp (not wet) hair? If I use it on damp, would I get my hair 80% dry then roll it? Would the hair even finish getting dried if I did that? So many questions 😅
