The more you explore China, the more you will understand that Western Mainstream Media is a joke 😂

China is honestly a place we have always been told to never visit. We also have always thought that China was a bad place and scary for foreigners. This is why we have arrived here for the first time, because this is why we travel… to explore the reality of the world.

Someone who’s traveled the world used to tell me that no matter what the media says, the state of the local people never lies. That’s why you need to measure the world with your own feet and see everything with your own eyes.

Firstly I'm not from China but have visited China 5 times in fact I just got back one month ago from my 5th visit to Guizhou, China, my other 4 trips to China were: - 1994 to Guangzhou, Shenzen - 2002 to Shanghai and Qingdao - 2006 to Shanghai - 2018 to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou. Let me tell you guys, you're going to love China the more you travel within, 50+ different Chinese ethnicities, so many different cultures, modern and advanced big cities and don't forget to visit those heaven-like mountainous tourist attractions like Zhangjiajie where the movie Avatar used its mountain landscapes as reference. I know of many western foreigners actually moved to China after visiting with working visa. So whatever negative perspectives you guys read or heard from many western media about China, just prepare to turn them to the opposite side (positive) and you'll see the right China and that's the truth. After your trip(s) to multiple states or provinces of China, believe me, you'll start to question why your own leaders in government positions did not manage your country as well as China with such easy, advanced and safe livelihoods. I know because that's what had happened to me after witnessing those huge development progress in China the last 30 years. Call it Fortunately or unfortunately, China has put every country to shame with its progress especially those from the western hemispheres, China's progress indirectly made them look bad. Just enjoy your trip, observe and keep an open mind, I'm sure this will be an eye opening trip.

I'm from Germany 🇩🇪 living in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 for 30+ years and traveling around China 🇨🇳 for 30+ years3. I am very lucky to have seen and experienced China grow the last 30+ years and to see the development. I'm very happy to see people like you traveling and experience China 🇨🇳. It's to the credit of the people in this country and it's government that China is what it is today ❤️ I hope you will have many more adventures going to China 🇨🇳❤️ All the best from Hong Kong!

China did not ban google, or face book. Fir them to operate in China, they need to follow China law. FB and Google decided not to follow China law and thus they decided not to do business in China.

During my five-year tenure studying in China, I have consistently encountered remarkable hospitality from the local populace, despite the prevalence of limited English proficiency. Nevertheless, their willingness to assist and support me has been commendable.

That sounds like an incredible adventure! We moved to China in March 2023 for work, and wow, what an eye-opener! It's truly unlike anything we had heard in the media. China is absolutely wonderful—super friendly people, amazing food, affordable living, and the safety here is top-notch. Plus, you can get pretty much anything delivered right to your door the next day. We're sure you'll discover even more delightful surprises. Enjoy your trip, and definitely don't miss out on the hotpot—it's the best! 😁

My first visit to China was in 2004. On my second visit I met my future wife in Beijing. We’ve been married with 2 children in the U.S. for 18 years

Through my work in New Zealand I met a number of people from Chengdu. They were all warm, friendly people who were keen to learn about our culture while sharing information about their's. I would love to visit the area to see the sights and the Panda Bears.

I am from Singapore and I backpacked to Chengdu probably 50 yrs ago…when China just open up. I am 76 yrs old now. No internet at that time. Imagine the underdeveloped Chengdu than and the modern Chengdu now. 😳 Have a nice trip in Asia. 🙏

In China, you can walk on the street at night, in the city, and the nightlife begins after 10 p.m. Food, singing, shopping...
