This song hits me so hard because I'm in this exact situation. There's this guy I like, and everyday we have engaging and exciting conversations. I feel like I can be myself around him and he's just so amazing. But I'm scared to start a relationship because my last relationship really was a disaster. We argued everyday, and the girl that he cheated on me with bullied me. My ex didn't even stand up to that girl for doing that, and then he went off and broke my trust. I'm just afraid of that big mess happening again. It's not my crush's fault, and it's not that I don't trust him or anything, it's that I'm having trouble trusting myself.😢 My crush seems to like me a lot, and I definitely like him and want to be with him, I'm just a little scared.
