    The worst part of this is i have either been the one needing a dollar or giving the dollar. Heck, i was at the dollar store and this little girl wanted a candy. It was her birthday and her mom looked so upset and embarrassed when she told the girl they couldn't afford it. I got that little girl her candy and a pack of markers i saw her looking at earlier. The look of pure joy on that kids face, and the greatful look of the mom were all the thanks i needed. Edit: so many likes 😭 i was just being human. Compassion and understanding costs nothing.
