I am subscribing. I just hope you take a little more time in proofing before publishing. Good stuff otherwise. The Voice really helps sell the story. For Example! 20:57 is supposed to say COM Link's. I would fix that ASAP.

Battleship Yamato, Starblazers anyone? Earth people slap the snot out of every galaxy. Galaxie 500, thet ist.

So the ship allows them on to look only, then magically accepts them as its captain? Many plot holes that donā€™t make sense

Why does the AI voice have a lisp? Also, wasn't the ship supposed to be broken? It never said anything about the crew fixing it, so I am wondering how it started working again all of a sudden. I assume it was abandoned since it was still functional and there isn't a single mention of bones or remains onboard. Too many plot holes and repetition.
  • So many plot holes... The "sentinel" accepted the intruder without any kind of ... password. Not a word about the remains of the Defiant crew or what kind of catastrophe happened. Not a word about the Defiant maneuvering capabilities (but at the end, propulsion is OK... like EVERY system on board). Once aboard the Defiant, the other ship is not mentioned any more. Then, an "anomaly", a "vortex" appears, emanating from a "dormant relic" from an "ancient civilization" which could also be a "doorway to new knowledge". And inside the "vortex", there is a "massive structure", a "mysterious structure". But as the "anomaly" become "unstable" (Compared to what? Are there known stable anomalies?). Then the Defiant becomes a "key to unlocking the galaxy's most profound secrets" to which they may get "some answers". So they figure out the "vortex" may be "a beacon or a portal". How did they know that the Volarian ships had been portaled to the other side of the galaxy? Oh, with "advanced quantum displacement technology", so yeah, I see, by "reshaping the known universe", sure, sure. Some Stargate system, now I get it. Ans Sentinel finally is reminded of the initial mission of the ship it had utterly forgotten... Damn I was writing this kind of inconsistent stories when I was 15.
  • How did the ship get fixed all of a sudden so it could move again??? Oh n what happened to the group of earth ships that showed up after the scrapers?
