Baked Ricotta Florentine
INGREDIENTS
olive oil spray extra virgin
Ā¼ cup fresh spinach, chopped fine
2 tablespoon minced sun-dried tomatoes or sub marinara
8 oz. Reduced fat ricotta cheese
Ā½ cup shredded far free mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheeese

Mix all ingredientā€™s except for marinara if you opt to use that instead of tomatoes. Add favorite italian seasoning. If you use marinara add to the top of each ramekin. Top with a little more fat free mozzarella. Cover each ramekin and refrigerate ip to a week. Heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave and let cool a minute before eating.

Also thatā€™s a lot of weight to lose before hand!! 180 ainā€™t too far away. Remember that dieting is a long game. Biggest change is to drink mainly water and to not snack! One thing at a time and it will become a habit soon enough.

    Big hug from Bangkok. It is so proud and inspiring to be able to experience this with you. I am also considered big size bear LGBTQ. I am also in my own journey of weight control too. As i will lead bear group parade during Songkran fest. And feel not so confident about that ^^ i am also pulling my husband to work out with me too. And it become new activity together.
