When the president makes an accusation on the intentions of Ford Foundation, n then our diplomats ask for details that are presumed to be in the public domain, looks(sounds) strange. It is akin to saying one is guilty( or at best a suspect), n that they should incriminate themselves! Daktari, make it make sense please.

Ruto really makes it hard for the people who work for him. He made a blunder accusing Ford Foundation without proof. Now this PS has to look for reasons to protect him. So sad.

With the US organisations, they do a thorough scrutiny of the NGOs they want to fund. Their money cannot be used for political lobbying. They monitor how their funds are used as NGOs have to report on the activities. This PS knows he has to cover the blunder. Is he questioning if Ford Foundation has been monitoring their monies?

The questions I have 1. I am sure that there are other funding agencies which have deployed funds in the last one year, should they not all receive an enquiry letter? 2. Would it not be better to make accusations after both studying the publicly available information and receiving the detailed responses?
