Nice video, shame About your front yard, We have finally had enough good weather we’re I am that the winter grass and rye grass weed is starting to die off, I am letting it dry right out so the Kyke looking a bit thirsty but will come back quick once I start watering, Green and the tiff eagle looking real good!

Great update mate, for the driveway it is a good idea to contour the middle like they do on the roads so the water doesn't erode like it did on your driveway.

Wow sorry to hear about all the issues you've had with the excess rain, the opposite problem to what I'm dealing with at the moment in Western Victoria (no rain for over a month now). Glad you're feeling better mate, and how interesting with the zoysia plugs almost bringing the substrate with it upwards, great to see it filling in too. Always great content mate.

Ouch! That's so terrible that you were washed out like that. I was wondering where you had been. Glad you are back and healthy. It's really exciting to see how the nursery is going. The tiff eagle is looking stellar. Can't wait for the zoyzia to fill in. We have snow on the ground now here in Utah. Keep the excellent content coming!

Worth the cut on the zoysia, would have had to do it eventually… and like you said, it will come back. Predicting that to go bonkers in the next few weeks! Keeeen on that EZ flo size too
