Don't stop doing what you're doing. You've opened up a whole new world most of us have never seen before. Go girl. Keep breaking barriers.

Iā€™m from the US . Thank you Eli for showing us your beautiful country with itā€™s diversity of cultures. You provide us with a glimpse that shows more accurately what Russia is really like. From what I see I really like it a lot.
  • @cf6517
speaking as a Western European, I see so much negativity about Russia - in media, news, etc. we only hear the worst things. I think it's so important that you are trying to balance this by showing how beautiful and diverse the country and its people are. there are enough channels that show the 'dark side' of Russia, your positive attitude is refreshing and I really appreciate that you don't exploit peoples' struggles for views

Iā€™m from the US and have recently visited Russia twice for my work as an engineer. Love the country and people. Everyone knew I was from the US and treated me with kindness and respect. This stupid war is such a waste.

Hang in there kid.... Politicians really don't care about the people. No matter what the world is it's important to be a good person. Keep up the good work...

What a wonderful human being you are. This is such a heartfelt and sincere sharing of your thoughts and feelings and it confirms my opinion that you are indeed not just Russian but a citizen of the world. As a parent myself I was hugely impressed by your desire to support your own parents who are retired. I am sure that they must be extremely proud of you. I have been ill for the past few weeks and am now recovering at home. Your videos have been a huge source of interest and pleasure for me during this tough few weeks. Bless you and thank you for doing what you do.

Sending you love from Bulgaria, Eli! Love your videos I am learning so much about the culture and all those beautiful places, the nature, the people. I was so interested learning about the coldest region on earth Yakutia! Keep going! ā¤
  • There's something I have to admit. YOU RUSSIANS HAVE ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT METRO STATIONS. True Art! I wish you and the people of the world who seek for PEACE the best of luck.

Eli, please know that you are one of the very few sources left that people around the globe can still access who consistently and professionally illustrate reality. Truth about different cultures. Truth about travel. Your work enables those who are restricted from traveling in the manner we used to, a wonderful method of staying connected. You must keep doing what youā€™re doing. We all must. I cannot change the political realities anywhere. Youā€™ve always presented both sides. That must continue. Your example of always learning and sharing is an inspiration for many others. Itā€™s very difficult to set-aside the propaganda from east and west, study the history of how we arrived where we find ourselves, and assist those caught in the cross-fire. As a military veteran, I have no words for the common Russian and Ukrainian families who are paying the ultimate price. Itā€™s beyond tragic. All Iā€™m trying to do is try and understand how all the pieces perhaps fit together. Iā€™m a student of history. Your videos help me continue to expand that knowledge. As a creator, you must do as you believe best. You matter, and are deeply appreciated by so many. Health and prosperity. Your heart is documenting a certainly unsettling era. You are journaling an extraordinary personal chapter for world history. Be well. Stay safe. Take one day at a time. Your efforts must survive these days of uncertainty. Thank you for providing a link by which those of us who appreciate your work may contribute to its continued success. šŸ‡·šŸ‡ŗā˜ŗļø
  • I am From California USA, love your videos Eli, keep up the great work! Thereā€™s always gonna be people that hate. Your not vlogging for the government, your vlogging ur life experiences. If you ever come to Northern Ca., IM me, lots to see here. Beautiful mountains, rivers, and San Francisco

Thank you Eli for giving the wider world a better insight into your beautiful country and its peoples. Beautiful country, presented by a beautiful young lady.
  • @javaidzaidi
Eli, your videos are educational and not political. I learnt so much about Russia, its cultures, its people, the beauty of the land. And the marvellous way you have of narrating the peculiarities of the land. I can never get over the fact that people were dipping in ponds in --35C tempretaure wearing bathing costumes. This in Siberia. I think you, too, had a go at that dip wearing a bikini. Amazing Russians. Keep the videos coming. Just love to watch them. From Karachi, Pakistan.
  • @nancymurphy5533
I admire you, Eli. I am old enough to be your grandmother and I am learning about the Russian people from you. I am seeing parts of Russia I would never see. Donā€™t let those critical, negative people get you down. You are an intelligent, bright, happy person and I encourage you to continue to do what you are doing as long as you can. God bless you. Nancy
  • Russisa is such a beautiful country with wonderful people and such a rich culture. These people will overcome any adversity thrown their way, easily adapting their lifestyles to fit the situation at hand. It will take a bit for things to stabilize, which they will, so just hang in there.
  • @-joe-davidson
Never stop making videos about Russia. It's a wonderful country and you're a wonderful person. Be safe.
  • Lately I've been watching Russian YouTubers with much interest. It confirms to me my impression that people all over the world are much the same. I am an old Cold War military retired person (retired in 1991 after the Soviet Union was dissolved), and I'm well aware of both media and government's use of propaganda to achieve their goals. Unfortunately, we live in a world run by politicians. The best we can do is try to select the best ones when we vote, but that's no guarantee we'll get the best ones if they lie to us. There's too many bad actors in the world today for me to live to see a day the world is at peace. You are young, so I hope for you and all the young people out there, that you see a day when there is truly peace in the world. Just so you know, stores may not be closing here in the USA, but our prices are also going up 10 to 50 percent depending on the product. Events in the world effect prices worldwide, due to supply and demand and impacts on the supply chain. Our leaders tell us it's the price we must pay to influence events on the world stage. That may work for the politicians and the rich, but the less fortunate always suffer with price inflation and devalued currency. May God help us all.
  • I'm so glad that you decided to stay with your family. Staying positive can be a blessing. You are not the cause of the war. I'm horrified by this war which is making families on both sides lose lives. May peace prevail. Stay safe
  • Iā€™m a new subscriber from Alaska and just watched this video after having binge-watched several of your travel vids earlier today. I speak a little Russian but forgot so much and so was so excited to see Russian writing or hear it spoken! I also love foreign grocery (and other) stores so I hope to see more of various places in Russia. šŸ˜Š Such a great channel, hope you are well! xx

As a Dane, I love Russian history and culture. I hope to visit Russia at some point, and even considering learning the language.
