Universal's New Theme Park Land Opens! Best Food in Minion Land?

I totally agree it would have been way better if they put screens as windows to the kitchen showing the minions cooking.

I love how happy Peter looks in Minion Land. He did not stop smiling! I had to think a minute about all the statues and “scenes” and how nothing is moving and there are no animatronics. It reminds me a little of the old Disney stores or Warner Bros stores that had little scenes with statues. I guess we don’t really need anything moving around and being complicated and breaking down (which let’s be real, would happen). So it’s a cheaper way to go but smarter and more realistic because we know they could never keep stuff moving. So I think it looks great for what it is.

I'm impressed by the food and details in the decor! I expected the same menu as Hollywood and am glad they pushed themselves creatively!
