Not only does he not look 60, his personality is what keeps him young!
-
If a 60 year old Ralph Macchio told me he was 40 years old, I'd believe him.
-
He was a teenager for about 20 years so it's no wonder he looks like he is just entering middle age at 60. This guy is blessed with as close as a person can get to the fountain of youth. No doubt he won the genetic lottery when it comes to the aging process. His body is in great shape physically too because he can still pull off high action fighting scenes.

Ralph looks younger than real 40 year olds
-
Cobra Kai wouldn't work if Ralph Macchio looked like a 60-year-old grandfather. His youthful appearance gives off the nostalgia for Karate Kid fans from the 80s.
-
Ralph just doesn’t age. He’s always looked so young since The Outsiders.
-
He finally reached the age of 30
-
Not only looks great for his age, but also seems to be a great and humble person as well. Great to see! Love ya Ralph Macchio!
-
I am 55 years old,and Ralph was a big part of my teen years, he's a beautiful reminder of good times long past 😊
-
Consider that in The Karate Kid, the late great Pat Morita who played Mr. Miyagi was 52. That's 8 years younger than Ralph Macchio is now.
-
As a retired Martial Arts instructor. I have been enjoying the hell out of Cobra Kai. Great Job to everyone involved 👏👏👏
-
I’m glad to see Ralph getting his flowers. He’s childhood vintage. Outsiders and My Cousin Vinnie are underrated as far as his roles
-
60 years old and not one grey hair or wrinkle.. and kicking people's asses on his show! Ralph, you are freaking awesome!!
-
Why don't they have Billy Zabka do any of these high profile interviews? I feel bad for him. He deserves the same amount of shine as Ralph.
-
This man looks after himself properly and is his own boss. Salute you brother.
-
Ralph has had people asking him about his age for decades at this point and I can't believe he doesn't get annoyed by it. There's an interview from 1992 where people can't believe he's 30 and we're doing the same thing again now he's 60.
-
No way he's 60 right now....Dude looks phenomenal.
-
He's 60 but he looks 45 and sounds 20 lol. I just finished binging the recent season and it was amazing!
-
The heart wrenching parts of the Karate Kid series always got me choked up. From Miyagi’s drunken reenactment finding out the loss of his wife and child to KK2 Miyagi going back to Okinawa to see his dying father and his ex-love interest and finding out that she NEVER married anyone to honor him. For 30+ years? Wow 😢

you can always tell when a person has the same essence as an actor as they are in real life, Ralph is a perfect example
