Days ago I was reading Genesis 24 and I heard God telling me "I have a male for you" I started to cry cause I felt overwelmed but when I said to a Pastor (not my pastor) he told me was the devil 😢 I dont know , I really think was God

I’m still a little confused on how to know if it’s from God or my own thoughts and desires. So I’m still not sure because this thing I think I heard is from the lord isn’t bad it’s actually good, but it’s hard for me to believe because it sounds too good to be true. So basically I think the Lord has confirmed that this thing I’ve been waiting for will come before the year ends, but I’m not sure if I’m just seeing these confirmations because I really want it to happen. I kind of not sure if I should put my faith in it because I think he told me to have faith and trust him. But I’m scared of getting disappointed if it doesn’t happen

Yes god told me the meanig of life as kid and helped me though out my life to find the truth of what I was told and yes its in the bible yet I'm not relifgus and I do not worship him I've even experienced the decent of the holy spirit it changed me gave me insane compassion love for all life even horrible people its like the greatest joy a light within u and being on fire with love
