****** Nothing in this recipe needs to be exact !!!!!! ~ If you want to alter it slightly to meet your own preference that is just fine. This video is a combination of all of the other videos and recipes that I have tried in the past. I always slightly change recipes to my preference, thats the fun of cooking. Either way I promise you, when you are done, you will still get cheesecake. Don't over think anything :) and have fun.
*** Discloser ~ If you make more then three cheesecakes within a week, then you should probably share some with me :)

What a sweet little boy. He's so respectful, repeating after his dad!
-
You don't have to like the recipe. The fact this guy is in the kitchen with his kid should be applauded.
-
Camera operator commentary is adorable.

It is such a shame that 1.6 thousand people found it necessary to give this video a thumbs down. That's a lot of miserable people. Kudos to the man and his son for sharing their family time with us.

Watching this made me forget about anything negative going on in the world! Wonderful Dad and awesome baker! You’re a blessing! Great kids too!
-
I love the little voice commentator on the background. Great job dad!!

The. Best part of your video is your son’s gentle affirmations of your process! Priceless!

I made this in my Ninja Foodi and after 4 hours of chilling in the fridge, I sliced a few pieces and drizzled them with my raspberry sauce. Yummy! Hubby says it’s the BEST cheesecake he has ever had. That’s good enough for me. Easy to make, very few ingredients and no oven! Win! WIN!

1st place winner for the cheesecake - it should be 1st place winner for the dad with his sons. From a Cheesecake lover - Great Job:-)!!!!!

The best part of this video is not the delicious cheesecake he's making but that he has a son helping him with the video I mean this is fantastic a father and son together doing good things I mean I need to see more of this on the internet but thank you for the delicious recipe I cannot wait to try it at home myself

The ONLY problem I have with this recipe is that I have had to make cheesecakes for half of Pennsylvania (perhaps I am exaggerating a bit). AS EVERYONE falls over with joy, and your video is so nicely produced, especially with your young man helper. Thanks to you...both

A man to be respected and honored for being a true father and male role model. Bravo, sir.

You couldn't have had a better helper. You made so much more than a cake. You made a loving happy memory for you and your child. I loved this video. Thank you for sharing 😊😊

Sounds delicious! So nice to see a dad sharing quality time with his children. Also love the yellow, corded kitchen wall phone in the background. My mother had a green one in our family kitchen. Miss the "good old days".
