Sadly it’s very dangerous to exit your vehicle on the street or freeway people are distracted and usually speeding it’s best to call CHP immediately

Is Scott LAFD is suffering from cancer? Is he under chemotherapy? Since I can see his head is completely shaved like cancer patients or may be I am wrong. I wish him all the best and a healthy life he is an excellent guy loved by all his department.
