When I heard from her in this and other interviews about how bad she felt about herself in her past, it broke my heart...over and over again. How on earth do women carry that within themselves for so long? I'd give anything I possess in this life to give that 2009 Anne the biggest hug of her life, to tell her she's bright and wonderful and a cherished soul, that she is worthy of happiness, of peace, of joy. Only people who are evil should ever apologize for taking up space, and that is not her. She is a good and kind soul, and I'm unbelievably glad she found the companionship and love and light she now has. <3
