Music corpos be like: "UMM EXCUSE ME WE OWN THAT STRUM PATTERN"
-
“Smells Like Adolescent Disposition”
-
idk anything about guitars but man im jammin
-
that wrist movement is insane
-
Can confirm just tried this pattern with “polly” and “lithium”
-
That strumming pattern is incredible
-
notice how he played the chords correctly and not just power chords
-
Nobody believes it matters that Teen Spirit begins with an upstroke until you play it yourself
-
Bro's wrist is a literal fish and I am here for that relaxed form 🐟
-
the problem is i've heard the pattern so many times that every song i hear with it reminds me of teen spirit lol
-
That Dead at the end... nice
-
Last one sounds a lot like Grateful Dead's "Franklin's Tower" which is a really groovy tune. :)
-
Almost has a jazzy feel to it. Very nice.

Now I don’t want to be annoying or anything, but that isn’t exactly Kurts strumming pattern for this song. He starts each chord with an upstroke instead of a downstroke, creating an even more unique sound. This can be seen and heard on live performances and is pretty obvious when u realise it. Nice playing though :)

that last example be hella grateful deady
-
The first example made me pick up my guitar and try it. Delicious Rythym 👌

Smells like jazz spirits
-
Your strumming technique is so fluid
-
Teen spirit starts with a up stroke.
-
"Everlong" dose it too. : )
