We all have a right to defend Ourselves. Especially born Americans. Congress should not stall in this process when there are serious violations being committed against born Americans by very corrupted and abuse of power prejudice and racists People in Alameda County. No One should have any group or Relatives in Government that attack born Americans for Anyone. We all have been taught the incorrect way but we all have had enough time to correct the reckless and lawless behavior in Alameda County. If Law Enforcement and the Prosecutors in Alameda County lie as if they cannot arrest Trespassers in my Oakland, CA. under my settled order. Then Law Enforcement come to where I live in Hayward, CA. and try to make me look like a Trespasser and arrest me when I have been living where I live for two years fighting for my Oakland, CA. home. Congress or the Judges do not need any more proof that I am being attacked. If Anyone is lied on as if they were evicted and the rent was current that is a crime. The Unlawful detainer cannot state rent if that is not the reason. Law Enforcement assisted the Manager in a self eviction without a warrant when rent was current. Congress does not need any more evidence that that is an attack. If the Manager gives People a form to fill out with their information and not additional information if there is a different paper for rental agreements or leases. That is on the Manager. Law Enforcement and the Prosecutors are being unlawfully allowed to attack many of us in Alameda County out of prejudice and racists tendencies. We can fight Law Enforcement and the Prosecutors back and ask that Congress help us remove the ones involved from anything in our cases because of our proof of these constant violations of our rights and attacks. The Judges cannot listen to one Party at a Trial where a Trial cannot even be set until case management are arbitration because the reason for the lawsuit is false. Once the Judge knows that we have all the evidence that was illegally filed against us, we are not attacked and attempted murder is not placed on our loves by violating our necessities of life by locking our doors. I have had to go without water and food for two days more than once because I do not like using public bathrooms and a lot of fast food. That is why I was working two jobs and why I am fighting for my lawsuit for breaching my Union contract to be moved forward. I pay my way and the ones disrupting my incomes has to be held liable. They do not have power over me. My compensation need to be granted and not stalled while committing attempted murder on my life by violating my right to take care of Myself by illegally withholding my compensation and incomes. Congress knows this is all the truth and have no reason not to help those of us being attacked in Alameda County to fight back. I personally am not bothering any of the ones attacking me. I do not know most of the troubled ones involved that are lying like the Judge has to listen to whatever is not the California Court Rules of Law. I do not want to know or meet the reckless and lawless ones. I do not want any dysfunctional, extremely annoying, prejudice, racists, and envious troublemakers thinking they can have power over me. Congress, I have asked that you help in me fighting back Alameda County reckless and lawless troublemakers in my cases. My facts are in compliance with the California Court Rules of Law. I do not want any of the ones involved being able to keep this reckless and lawless behavior active in Alameda County. This is attempted murder on my life because it has caused my body pain and suffering. I do not want to play or engage with any of the ones who has violated my homes, apartment, jobs, incomes, and Court cases. I want them arrested and prosecuted and for any Prosecutors calling me a Trespasser knowing the law to be fired. I do not have to move. The ones breaking all these serious laws and attacked me has to moved. I can fight back every time. I will fight back. No forgiveness. Unacceptable. Thanks for sharing.
