Just to explain how the lounges in AC used to work. You need to be Diamond or above to enter and you can bring in one additional guest. You get like a mini buffet basically and you can order drinks all you want etc. As of pre covid in 2019, if you have 25000 tier credits or below (from the previous yr or current yr), you will need $10 comp per guest to enter, if you are over 25000 tier credits, you can enter for free. Seven Stars can bring in 3 additional guests as well as there is a separate Seven Stars lounge in Harrah's and Caesars

Durango Casino mailed a brochure prior to their opening with two dining coupons, one valued for $50 at their restaurants, and one for $30 at their food hall. That was a really nice gesture. It was addressed to Resident and I don't know how widespread it was mailed.

It's time for a buffet that drunks will actually want after midnight. All you can eat grilled cheese, corndogs and wings from midnight to 4 AM. I might even set my alarm for that!

It’s the hack, the resort fees, letting Aria go to seed, the botched integration with Cosmo/Identity, not status-matching people who have status with Marriott… it’s just one unforced error after another. Next time I go to Vegas I will probably stay at Wynn, as neither MGM or Caesars seem capable of delivering a premium experience, despite charging premium prices

Im actually happy that MGM/Identity havent combined. Im still getting all my usual comps for Cosmo. The way the tier credits are earned are different between the two so I would have gotten screwed if they had just added together the two numbers. I hope they never do it and MGM doesn't ruin my beloved cosmo.

I believe there are studies that red light cameras catch people for running the lights, but don't stop them and may actually increase the number of runners which is bad for accidents and fatalities. If they really want to reduce red light running then reduce the red time in the cycles because the number 1 reason for running is don't want to be stuck at the light for 5 minutes. Actually they should have traffic light bingo so the first person stopped at each intersection can win a prize.

MGM SUCKS, If the casinos told everything about what they are doing and had pictures and press releases about Volcano it would give you a lot less to talk about. Metro pizza and burrito looked very tasty, especially that sauce they put on the pizza. I'm glad Fontainebleau is working on their business end and not following in MGM footsteps.

I called mgm and they took my play at cosmo and added it to my mgm account and I was able to be gold at both mgm and cosmo, they treated me right!

Am I the only one who thought the obvious choice for the dogs name should have been Stanley.

what good is a speed / red light camera .... when so many cars drive with no license plates I understand after Covid.. but it's been 3 years now... why don't they enforce the rules they already have before adding new ones

Speaking of Fontainebleau, you guys had mentioned a while back that they were doing status matches on the opening day and that's it. I visited the beginning of January and tried to match at the rewards desk when I signed up for a new card. They suggested I speak to a host as we had platinum at MGM/Cosmo, diamond at Caesars, etc. We did and were immediately upgraded to Gold and given like $150 toward dining and $150 toward the spa. Went to Fontainebleau this past weekend. No one playing machines or table games on the casino floor at 6:00 PM. Not promising for the brand. The Bleau bar was happening though!

As an Uber driver, to be able to take the HOV exit right to Harmon is HUGE. Drop offs for center of the strip just got so much easier! Can’t wait to try it Red light cameras don’t work and if they did that’s why they wouldn’t be removing them in other states. All the ticket lawyers out here will knock most of them out and they’ll just lose more money while upsetting people.

A friend of mine is Diamond at Caesars. He said that ALL of their Diamond lounges are gone. All you get are coupons for a free drink (or bottle of water or soda) and a bag of chips, or something chintzy.

Great show guys. I as a Loyal Platinum member of Cosmo am glad they have not changed over yet. Shame on MGM for doing there members wrong. Red light speed lights don't work, Phoenix did this for a couple of years then took them down. I'm excited about the Harmon exit on the 15 since I always stay at Cosmo. Go Lions!!!!

Cosmo sent an email out in December stating that the consolidation "will now launch at a later date in 2024". Doesn't really help those that planned for it to actually occur on Feb 1st.
