The true bopo thing is so legit. It reminds me of an old greg doucette vid where he makes a joke about fat acceptance should actually be the stages of grief.

Kiana's channel really saved my life, the tess holiday video that she did made me open my eyes to see that it's possible to lose weight and then obesetobeast's videos teached me how to count calories, that we shouldn't hurry weight loss and that diet soda is a great tool to help on a this journey(his and Greg doucette's videos that showed me that drinking your calories is kinda dumb). I was able to lose 30kg(around 66lbs) and even gained around 10kg of lean mass in these last 3 years. I watch almost everyone of them, but these 3 were the most influential in my weight loss journey.

Other YouTubers to look into: Sean of Steel Hotep Flotep Beasts Train Mean Pixieluv Funtie Times MuttFitness …and probably a few others that I’m simply not remembering right now. There are also some content creators who have made a few videos on the topic but who’s channels do not revolve around the topic (example: Alana Melissa).

Looking at her is great motivation in the gym) I think the great but tragic thing about this message that you all are sharing is that even if no one talked about the toxicity of the BOPO movement watching their influencers and media personalities drop like flies tells the story anyways. Its a message that tells itself. The Tess Holidays and Virgie Tovars can rewrite science all they want but the truth prevails every time one of them passes away from complications of morbid obesity. I hope im not offending anyone by saying this but its right there for everyone to see shit getting real for these folks.
