Dave a few years ago I joined CFI because of you. I've battled depression and mental illness out here as an OTR. I've stepped away 2x's for my wellbeing. I just want you to know ur not alone, lean on friends, and THANK YOU for opening up and doing all u do for this YT community. We love ya bro

Depression is real. If you sink too low, it is hard to recover from. I know as I live there. I don't leave the house for months on end, not even going outside. I have nothing I like to do anymore. I am glad you caught it.

I’ve been in your shoes. I live with panic anxiety. Winter is the worst for me. It’s dark, cold, everything is still. I have to make myself do things. Even if it’s for 15 minutes.
