IMHO, reading , writing , listening and speaking are the main four habits to make you smart. Other than that memorizing, questioning, experimenting, and solving problems are next.

I was lucky enough a very long time ago to land a job in a large teaching hospital. I was always interacting with people who were intelligent and highly skilled. I had to learn a lot just to do my job well but more than that I learned extra. I learned things that were beyond anything I needed to know. And I learned about the people I learned from. There is no doubt in my mind that I’m a lot smarter now than I ever would have been without that experience. I enjoy reading outside my field and I learn something new every day.
  • Thanks for this! Very thought-provoking. Have definitely taken on-board and listed all your top-thinks.

That's cool. Some of my friends they are not really hard-working but they do these useful techniques and outcome is so admirable. At first, these things may not creat a reward in short time but in the the long-run which is so amazing. With myself, I am trying for meditation, that is quite strange to me. But many people have recognized the benefit which brings for them. Therefor, I will try to do something good for mental health. Thank you for video, good luck and keep doing it.

The music advice is true. You don't necessarily need to play an instrument, but if I listen to some instrumental background music or jazz, my focus spikes in 2 mins max. I become so productive its crazy!
