She used her father's name to get a job she was completely unqualified for and lacked the mental discipline and sense of responsibility for and as a result people were put in the path of danger by her actions and inactions.
-
No surprise, that's what a defense attorney does. But the responsibility falls on the armorer. There is never any reason a live round should be on set - ever.
-
Who was the idiot who loaded the live bullet -any one with any experience would know the difference
-
How is she the scapegoat. IT WAS HER JOB!!!!!!
-
Any “armorer” that cannot tell the difference between blank and live ammunition is completely ignorant and negligent. Her lawyers can GTFO
-
Why were there live rounds on a movie set to begin with?
-
Her only job was to ensure safety on the set and to be the responsible party
-
She was not scapegoated . She failed to do her simple job. She caused another persons death .
-
She should have never been hired....
-
They made sure to put it all on her, of course Baldwin completely innocent. He get away with it I’m sure.
-
The judge at sentencing had her summed up perfectly
-
18 months for killing someone. Think about how ridiculous that is. In Singapore you get 18 months for littering. America's jail sentences are a joke. Not even 2 years, that's too excessive for murder, no just 18 months. Year and a half for taking someone's life.
-
She wasn’t even there to do her job
-
She had one job. ONE JOB!!! At least they had the d.e.i. covered
-
No scapegoat. She did not do her job! She probably knows nothing about guns or ammunition. Should never have been hired.
-
Her heart goes out to the FILM INDUSTRY!?
-
She was in charge of the weaponry. She alone is responsible. Her sentence is lightweight.
-
Baldwin, the producers and this women should all be in prison.
-
Whoever hired her should be held liable.
-
This was a trial decided by the jury.
