I definitely played this video for a purpose. I’m in a storm right now! Going through a break up at the same time suffering from covid 19. This brought me back to Christ. I’m ready to make some things known Lord!

I first started listening to bishop td Jakes. Every morning I go to my youtube pace and whatever sermon pops up is the sermon God has for me. That may sound crazy, but for 38 years I thought God forgot about me. I gave myself a gift on my birthday last year and got off of all social media (I went on after I heard ms Jakes tell her testimony and had to write her and write to bishop td Jakes) because I was in tears. Sexual abuse since age of 5, teen mom at 15, grew up in abuse, mom left us with my abusive dad (which I understand now because I’ve been through domestic violence myself that she just had to get out). Storm after storm after storm. Last feb I finally started hearing God in the funniest ways just by going to my YouTube and whatever sermon was on my homepage was what I was struggle was. He hasn’t forgotten about me! I finally started to build a relationship with him, not just calling on Him when I was in need, but talking to Him like he is my Father. I struggled for so long because of my own family couldn’t love me y would God. But once I got past that He is not like earthly people, and that I could and can trust Him fully little by little my life started to change. I am making process, even though it’s not at a fast pace process is still moving forward. And as she said in this sermon I’m still here THRU EVERYTHING I’ve been thru. When I close my eyes I see the purpose He has for me. I know His plan for me! I know He wants me to break the generational cycles of abuse not just for my own family but for others. I am not putting what I have in my mind on paper, I pray the next step in Gods time will allow me to fulfill His purpose to change the world! Thank you for being a strong woman. Even though I don’t not have a supportive family with no contact you family gives me hope that one day I can give my sons the healthy family that you guys have 🙏💯
