Mass Hallucination? Only problem is that you cannot record hallucinations on video/photos. The item that fell from the sky and exploded... could it be part of a launch rocket that fell after being discharged from the main part going into space? Or perhaps some space junk falling to earth (that somehow didn't burn up in the atmosphere, or catch fire?) .
