What is Multiple Sclerosis ❓
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves. Signs and symptoms of MS vary widely and depend on the amount of nerve damage and which nerves are affected. Some people with severe MS may lose the ability to walk independently or at all, while others may experience long periods of remission without any new symptoms. There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease, and manage symptoms.

Hi Seb,sorry to hear about those tremors getting worse. It’s hard to know what to do when either the meds stop working or don’t work at all. From your videos I can see your doing everything you can to stay healthy. I have tremor in my left hand . I find that if my stress level is too high this makes it worse. Unfortunately many of us with anxiety don’t realize how much stress we are under because we live with a chronic illness ,but our bodies know. We live on high alert ,aware of any changes in our condition. It’s hard when we start to lose ground to the illness. All I can suggest is listening to calm music or doing guided meditation. Stay strong Seb.❤
  • Hi Seb. I am sorry your tremors are worsening, I know how upsetting tremors can be. I went through a period of years avoiding people and places because I was so embarrassed by my tremors. Personally, I just dont really care what anyone thinks any longer, however I also found a way to lessen my tremors significantly. I take 80mg of CBD daily and it has made a huge improvement in tremors and in the spasticity that was so painful in my legs. My neurologist is very supportive of this. I tried other meds and they did not work, I also tried cannabis alone but that caused anxiety. The CBD gel caps have very very low levels of thc that do not trigger the anxiety. I do not know where you are located, but I am in the US and many states here allow cannabis use and the CBD products are legal in all states here. You might want to mention it to your neurologist and have a discussion. Whatever you decide to do, I hope that you find some relief.
  • I too suffered from Tremors, facial palsy, imbalance, footdrop, severe vertigo , numbness aane spasm. Having winter cherrys and bacopa on a daily basis have helped me to subside the same

Hey Seb, as a newly diagnosed male Mser 3 years ago your videos are so great. My tremors have gotten worse. I have been coaching youth hockey for 22 years and my legs are terrible. Thank you for all your information. Keep it up!

Hi Seb, so sorry the tremors are weighing on you. I will echo what someone else posted, check your B12 levels. I am currently diving into the research and papers on B12 for my next video and it is fascinating how B12 deficiency can mimic MS symptoms and how B12 plays a big role in brain and nerve health.

Oh Seb dear you were so happy in your previous videos and that weight that you are feeling I feel it in my heart, right now, when I listen to you. As you said it's a pill difficult to swallow but if you can don't let that overwhelm you, maybe that will improve. You are a strong person but of course it's ok not to be ok. I wish I had some tips that work to pass on you. Always in my prayers sweetie.❤

I am so sorry this is happening to you. As you know, I too have tremors but it appears mine aren't as bad as yours. Thinking of you and sending positive thoughts your way.

Hi Seb, so sorry to hear how your tremours are worsening. Have u heard of bio resonance, it's worth finding a practitioner where you live. It's amazing how it's helped me with many auto immune problems. Hope you can manage to see if this can help. X

I think you definitely need to look at lessening inflammation in your body. Inflammation we can’t even see, but is causing problems. I would say keep away from dairy, and up your intake of turmeric. I have a potion each morning in my nutribullet of: 1 whole lemon, 2cm cube raw ginger, 1 fresh turmeric root, extra Virgin olive oil, black pepper and Manuka honey. I blend it up, then sieve it into a jug so it’s smooth. It has helped a lot of my symptoms xxx

Hi - I do not have MS, but I have Essential Tremor. I've had it since I was in elementary school. As I reached my 40's they picked up speed and I do shake a lot more now than I ever have. Any med's they gave me to try and lessen the tremors only made me unable to stay awake. I do know that when I drink red wine, the tremors lessen substantially. I don't drink red wine continuously throughout the day, but if I am going somewhere or meeting up with people, etc., and want the tremors to be less noticeable, I take a quick 6 oz of red wine and tremors diminish and I feel better! lol

So sorry to hear it's progressing! Is there anything that makes your tremors worse? Like stressful or anxious situations or new environments or is it consistently same level 24/7? Does it settle when your relaxed watching tv? I'm only asking because I have tremors in my left hand that have gotten worse and I'm trying to work out what's going on with mine too.
  • @msssyMS
Honestly, I wish my tremors were as calm as yours. Mine are so bad, it looks like I'm shooing away flies.
  • @NYNC88
I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. I'm hearing more and more about the benefits of a carnivore diet for MS and other autoimmune conditions. Look up Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Paul Mason, and Dr. Shawn Baker. You might also be interested in a talk by Mikhaila Peterson (right here on YouTube) called "Don't Eat That" about how she overcame rheumatoid arthritis and other health issues with a carnivore diet.

Hi, the tremors were driving me mad. Am now going to have deep brain stimulation surgery. Hopefully this will help.

Hello. In order for me to be able to do certain training exercises, I use velcro straps to calm my legs and hands. Or to lie still on a bench. Ties me up so I can do the move. Boring. But I have been able to continue training. And I think that is a big reason why I still feel as well as I do. Otherwise, it's warmth that calms me down. Supplement with magnesium. Alcohol should not be recommended, but the body will certainly be calmer. But I never drink alcohol just for that. Have a good time, Ulf ❤

I read some time ago that it is suspected that MS is related to leaky gut syndrome, and that when that is addressed, MS improves. Please research this if you haven't already. Additionally, it is stated that colostrum has an enormous affect on leaky gut, and this supplement is easily obtained. The B vitamin complex along with minerals affect the transfer of electrical impulses in the body, and are known to stabilize overactive neurological impulses. I don't know what you take now, so I am only sharing information that may be old news for you. Best to you.
