This just proves that small venues are the best for the band and crowd interaction.

This is what a concert is about, the band and crowd having a good time
  • Gonna be so sad to see them go, thank you Sum-41 for nearly 30 years of amazing music
  • @ARTV-
This is seriously a phenomenal performance. I've watched it through twice now, and they really thrive with a great sound mixer and a great small crowd

Sum 41 is the perfect example of a band who has artistic integrity but also have an understanding that their “hits” are popular for a good reason and not shying away from keeping those old songs alive.

Let’s be honest. This ain’t the first time you’re watching this.
  • @MarmittDJ
Props to the sound guy. This sounds AMAZING!

man Sum 41 really are aging very well. it's refreshing to see a band go the opposite direction of so many of their contemporaries. you can tell they're doing and writing what they love

Props to Derrick for remaining a helluva showman despite all the shit he went through. Dude is back in full force. This is a band that I thought would have met it’s demise already. But damn Zummo is a kickass drummer, Baksh is back and they are still laying it down like nobody’s business. I’m 47 now and the early 200s is the last time period that I miss. God bless these guys for still throwin down!

god damn, from a musical and vocally correct standpoint, they're literally in the best shape they've ever been in. they pulled off the new song insanely well.
  • @janobpl
These guys are like wine, the older they gets the better they are!
  • I hope they keep playing forever. Such a rad combo of pop punk and metal, nobody else quite like them
  • @rustycr0w
This is what you do folks. When you're down and out, you get in shape, pull yourself together and show the world why you mattered. These guys are sounding awesome and having fun again.

Holy shit they just played Summer? Love how they don't forget their old songs

Whoever mixed the audio is a God those drums sound amazing!!!!

I never got it before.. But there's obviously something special about this group of people that sets them apart from a lot of bands from that era. Maybe its their likeability, passion, maybe its talent, maybe its the composition of the group..maybe it's all of the above. But there's such a cosey feeling to this that's hard to describe. It's amazing.

I find myself coming back to watch this every couple weeks. The sound, the energy, the crowd. Half hour of tingles down your spine.
