As a Moroccan amazigh from the south, my mom would always tell me about the jewish merchants who would travel around the villages where my grandma used to live to sell all kinds of things( our 100 y.o family's silver jewellery were bought from jewish merchants) and just how nice they were. There even is a space especially dedicated to the jewish cemetary that are watered (there is a lot of greenery there and taken care of by muslims and this for decades. I always thought it to be a beautiful proof of tolerence between our people, so it is unfortunate to see how things are today out there.
