Well, it has been 1 year since I uploaded my first video and a lot has changed. I tried out a lot of different type of videos and many people subscribed to this channel for different reasons. So my question to you as a viewer is this:
1. What video made you subscribe?
2. Why did you subscribe?
3 What type of videos do you want to see moving forward?
I want to make videos that you guys value and want to watch. That is the whole point of YouTube. So please let me know down in the comments as it will greatly effect the direction of this channel moving forward!

What's up everyone!? So stoked to have you here at the Active Dad community! My name is Jimmy and I have an amazing wife named Meg. We live in Arizona with our son, Brady, that was born in January of 2020. He such a sweet, happy boy and has learned a lot already. We got him a helmet to fix plagiocephaly around 5-1/2 helmets so be sure to follow along with his progress! My wife and I are both very active people who love camping, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding and many others. Probably the thing that I'm most excited about with being a parent, is teaching my kids about all the fun activities there are to do in this world that I love.

I subscribed because my husband and I are moving to Idaho this summer, sight unseen as well. I enjoyed your video because it made me feel like we weren't the craziest humans alive for doing that. I came to your channel through Dad's verb channel, which I love. I like the idea of family a channel with reviews and also family trips. I have a 12 months old, we love the snow too, the outdoors and doing fun stuff, so I instantly liked your content on snowboarding with a toddler. Your way of story telling is awesome too. I really enjoy watching creative content like yours...and I know how much work is put into it so that is not unnoticed! I think it was the Taking Cara Babies video that helped me to find you. Your channel qas in my recommended today. I watch a lot of videos of couples who move to remote areas and build their homes together such as life uncontained. I live in AZ so I'm not sure why the algorithm added you to my home but I'm checking out your content.

I subscribed to your channel because of the videos of you son's helmet journey, baby gear and your moving from Arizona to Idaho ... You are honest, true and natural ... i didn't found some silly videos to just gathet likes and views ... please don't do that!! Your channel is like the life of all of us ... no fancy weired ideas ... and that is the reason for me to subs. I sub because Dadverb mentioned your collab. But I did look at your other videos and my husband and I love your editing and filming style. We have an 18m daughter and we love to know what baby/toddler gears are new. We can’t keep up with all the brands products and since we can’t touch it seeing a detailed video feels like we did. But we do like occasional vlogs to feel like we’re friends and get a life update and “build a relationship”. Your doing great! Happy to follow!

We found your channel because we were considering moving to Arizona from the PNW -- currently not planning on doing that lol. We subbed for the baby content as we're about to become new parents and have no clue what we need. Would love to see more reviews on gear that helps you maintain your "active dad" lifestyle with a little one, plus fun vlogs showing off Idaho.

Just found this channel my daughter is almost 2 months, the in home videos are key it’s so necessary to see what’s worked so it’s nice to try those first I like your channel for the variety but definitely need help being able to give my wife a break

More active adventure videos please! How do you balance dadlife with your own need for adventure, workouts and what’s the best way to inspire your kids to live this lifestyle?
