The roads were closed and barricaded the day we went, so unfortunately this is the only spot we could visit on the day, more swimming holes and waterfalls are in the same area guys :D

Hi TJ, I am a resident of Booloumba. Sadly because of videos like this one, there are now 100s of people descending on Booloumba Creek. Your video has some beautiful footage, but driving along the creek between the crossings is ruining the creek, and is why there are no platypus. Keep to the road and drive slowly through crossings. Take rubbish home and don't drink in the creek. This is the last great wilderness of the sunshine coast treat it with respect.

I have boys, seen a Platty in the wild that is. Was in Johnson Creek Corndale. About 20 mins from Lismore as you head out to Bangalow.
