  • That idea of Pendragon becoming a Dark Brethren member is very mind blowing, but so awesome.
  • And who's fault was it that Pendragon was betrayed hmmm? points to Falcore's video of why they should support Flame Heart during that particular event.
  • Maybe it’s not an evil rat instead he just wants to be your ships chef seen as you keep burning your ship down with bananas
  • The problem is that its a game and they don't know about the player base "betraying him" but in his view he sacrificed himself and the plan failed.
  • @apureo5720
If they add another player started event similar to the fotd in the devils roar or even an ocean event fighting multiple megs or whatever, ill be so excited.
  • @BountyHound22
It really makes you wonder what would have happened if flameheart was forever defeated (for the 3rd time) and Pendragon was a hero
  • Pendragon's role in Pirate's life might be contradictory to this theory, especially compared to Merrick, who used to be a faction leader himself just to be contained within the Athena Fortune hideout, rather than actively shown outside of it(the exception being trailers, since his phantomization), though the Demarco mystery seems resolved, though no one in the SoT fully dies, and the captain hasn't been fully revealed either. It's all theory, though the devs love the community trying to guess their lore intentions

Can't wait for the Among Us Emporium gear
  • @C0S_Keizer
This is a really interesting concept, caught me off guard but I think you're right.
  • @lusamine8514
the servant says that the imposter sees a vault, so he may literally mean the gold horder representative at golden sands. since the faction is (was?) created by wrathbone, a member of the brethren, could he be being ordered to spy? maybe wrathbone is still able to communicate while his head is on a stick
  • I thought from the picture of the next adventure that the traitor would be the Pirate Lord himself, but Pendragon makes so much more sense. I do think it would be good if the Cap'n is a character we've seen before in the game to make he reveal more shocking.
  • @waltrc00l
i just realised that the cursed captain and hes crew got cursed from being in the sea of the damned to long. what if the same will happen to the dark bretheren
  • This idea is amazing. I kinda hope this happens, and then the brethren get added as a potential third option for hourglass battles.
  • @Eons_away
Pendragon coming back like "It was you! I trusted to keep your word. You whom betrayed me, You whom fooled me. I left my self vulnerable and YOU let me be trapped! Not again, not ever, the dark breatheren have opened my eyes. I will have revenge. "
  • Pendragon returns. The Athena’s fortune will crumble. And then we reapers will put our boot to the neck of the brethren. And tear them apart. Long live Flameheart!!!
