As a Tier 2 visa you are entitled apply to bring your spouse and/or children on a Tier 2 Dependent Visa.

THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE:
1.A current and valid travel document or passport & Previous passports (old passport) if applicable

2.TB Test Certificate/Tuberculosis screening (if applicable)

3.Evidence of relationship to sponsor (Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate or civil Partnership Registration)

4.Evidence of sponsor’s permission to enter or stay in the UK (Copy of the pages of sponsor’s passport showing their visa if issued or BRP ID (permission to stay if already in the UK)

5. Police clearance of spouse or partner

6. IMMIGRATION HEALTH SURCHARGE (reference number) for dependents of non health & care visa applicants

Other supporting documents (optional)
1.Accommodation-Proof of ownership or Letter from landlord allowing dependent to stay (if applicable)
2.Sponsor’s current employment (certificate of Employment) & Latest six (6) months pay slip (if applicable)

Note: IELTS FOR THE DEPENDENTS IS NOT REQUIRED

Public funds do not include benefits that are based on National Insurance contributions. National Insurance is paid in the same way as income tax and is based on earnings. Benefits to which a person is entitled as a result of National Insurance contributions include:
