Mr Mulvaney last year went to Peru to ‘feel safe’ after facing blowback from her partnership with Bud Light.
The trans activist however has since not been heard from after the Peruvian government classified trans people as 'mentally ill'.
The controversial decision from the government has sparked anger amongst LGBTQ+ activist groups across Peru.
LGBTQ+ activists have claimed the decision is a major step backwards in the fight for their rights and safety.
