💯we absolutely have to walk through and feel our own darkness (beliefs, judgements, traumas, wounds, etc). That is the ONLY path to healing, ie, bringing the light of our awareness. The light burns away all that is not our authentic Self. We already are that True Self but identify with the crap we have accumulated! When we “stand in the fire” we release that darkness and identify more and more with Who and What we actually are.

I’ve been experiencing some intense ascension symptoms; some days are really bad and some days are fine. It’s like being on a rollercoaster 😢 And I can relate to what you said about feeling like you’re dying! It literally feels like I’m dying and it’s terrifying!

This morning after I went to the gym I felt a wave of what I can only call happiness come into me. I started crying and just kept repeating thank you God over and over in my head. I don’t meditate so I’m not very familiar with that type of experience. It was awesome.

Some very interesting new concepts. There was a lot that resonated. Probably my biggest takeaway was the “ability” to respond on an individual level. Truthfully, this is probably the hardest work. To look at our own shadow aspect and to integrate this. It’s far easier to point the finger & blame the “dark ones” or the “unconscious ones” I have always believed and known that the bravest souls have chosen this moment in time to be apart of this experience. The answer to your question, how is it feeling. Lot’s of chaos energy, mind disorganized, difficult to think linear, identifying lot’s of thought forms to be released, brought to consciousness and released rapidly. Rapid change. Body exhausted. Need for sleep and rest much increased. Getting better in the 2-3 last days. The first half of February was exhausting. Love and celebration ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 and strength for this is a long run 😅😅😅

ive started having several vivid dreams every night and they are very weird. its like im always inside a building but the building keeps changing or its like being in a building inside a even bigger building

I have a lot of similar dreams. My symptoms are so bad. I had to get on anti psychotic medication just to function thru the day. Breath work helps to be able to tone down some of the extreme tension so i can get to sleep

Today is so much lighter. The last week has been dense and mucky lots of shadow figures I was wondering what was happening. Started with a sense of being scared for no reason and then crazy blood pressure fluctuations and then blood pressure would drop and very rapid pulse. I cannot believe the toilet scraping dream…. I swear to you I had one so similar just 2 nights ago! I was in some abandoned skyscraper and I was avoiding detection from searchlights! I ended up in a really dirty bathroom-which I proceeded to thoroughly clean as well! I remember waking up and being so confused… 😂 But it’s such a parallel for transmutation and cleaning up the “forgotten corners” of ourselves, the astral and esthetic planes and the physical world around us! I’m big on cleaning. I literally help people clean their homes regularly, just cuz it feels good for it to be done. ✨
