    This is not a "stolen valor" case. Misnomer. FORSCOM commands do not issue GOMORs into restricted performance fiche to individuals for corrected administrative record errors. LORs ABSOLUTELY are adminstrative punishment lieu of UCMJ prosecution normally as a result of sufficient evidence to initiate Article15 proceedings, GCM, or avoid fully embarrassing DoD. There were multiple violations of AR 670-1. Multiple Article 107 violations. Retired senior Federal officer and decorated combat veteran.
