Easiest way to pop out that dent is get a section of a 2x4 or a dolly, pry bar , and a body hammer and take your time and slowly work on it. I had to do the same thing on my 67 and it looks a hell of a lot better.

Floor pans yes replace youll regret it if you dont the dent id try a toilet plunger wet it good and put it on and pull
