She is the embodiment of a beautiful, handicapped pup that in the outside world would likely fail to thrive, or worse, be put down. That 8 month old, Belgian/Shepard is a gorgeous power house, bundle of good natured high energy. I am so glad you picked him up because he has so much potential to become an excellent dog or a nuerotic menance. Imagine him at 2 or 3 years old instead of an 8 month old power house who is just honestly beginning to learn the ways of the world.
