There are so many modules for Foundry VTT, but after using Foundry for 2 years, these are the ones that I cannot live without. From quality of life modules, sounds modules and of course dice modules, these will make your virtual tabletop game much easier to run and more immersive.

If you've updated to v10, the excellent Better Rolls module has been replaced by the Ready Set Roll module (Better rolls is no longer being updated)

I used to use Better Rolls for 5E but it is no longer being supported. I would recommend using MiDi-QOL which (with a little bit of setup) gets you 99% of the way to what Better Rolls did plus it does a lot more for automating things like status effects, damage, concentration checks etc.
