My ex left me after 5 years, about 8 months ago. I turned the worst thing to ever happen to me into the best thing to ever happen to me. When I was with her I was fat, comfortable and weak. . . No wonder she fell out of love with me. Now I lost 60 lbs, am crushing my goals, building income. Mentally I have grown so much and gotten rid of my codependency and anxious attachments. I have much to learn. Hamza I found your channel and many others around that time, you've helped me become better.

Congratulations Hamza, stay hungry for more. Been on improvement for a while. Had started to make a goal journal a couple years back but I had a bad stumble. Just wrote a new one yesterday. I mostly am on the right path these days already but your videos are a great reminder and I really think you're making a positive impact in the world. We need more of this attitude.

Your videos are the truth, I use to smoke everyday when I woke up until I went to sleep. I was a complete Jeffrey at the beginning of 2022 only worrying about what made me comfortable & only bingeing Netflix lol. I had moved out of my parents house to better my life to get in a different environment & that’s when I went through severe depression doing things that wasn’t comfortable. It felt like I was drowning everyday I wake up. Then I after 3 months my head clicked . I wanted to be the best I can be in this world. I went from 40k a year to 167k a year in months literally. I won’t stop growing & can’t stop because this betterment is what’s making me way happier than before. Keep helping guys elevate !!
