Sometimes I feel empty. My soul feels like it's in pain. But I know that I am the one who will heal this pain. The child inside me deserves to be happy. I was doing a gratitude meditation and this came on afterwards and I immediately felt a wash of calm and peace come over me, I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything so beautifully soothing. I’m going through a divorce after 30 years with a narcissist and I’ve had a hard time letting myself cry or feel like there is anyone actually kind out there and as I’m reading the uplifting comments I am crying tears of of release and joy so thank all of you. 🙏🏻 If you’re struggling with something similar know that it gets better and you will find yourself and your place in the world again.❤
