    Just imagine probably 150 years ago or so every place had dark skies.

    Drove to Denver from Chicago 9 years ago and stopped in Nebraska that night and was completely amazed at how I seen the night sky. I was 18 and that was my first time seeing that many stars, they looked so close there and in such a dark area. Unfortunately I’ve never seen anything like it since but the memory is there!
