- "I'm in a band." - "Which one?" - "Meshuggah." - "Woah! What instrument do you play?" - "The lights."

-
Can we all take a moment to appreciate the 6th member of the band? The lighting guy is an absolute beast.

Any drummer: practices with metronome Metronome: practices with Thomas Haake

My oldest daughter just got her first college boyfriend. He likes Meshuggah. So far so good...

Imagine being a meshuggah fan but you're epileptic
-
I don't always listen to Meshuggah but when I do, so do my neighbors.
-
My ears are still ringing from this concert 4 years later, and I wasn't even there.
-
The best Swedish band since Abba.
-
I'm only here because of a recommendation after watching a Gojira show. But...God. This is life changing.
-
I'm 64 years old and I love this band!
-
Jens is such a powerful frontman without doing all that much. His stance on the speaker, the arms up, the toothy clench, the way he peers into the crowd. He’s a madman’s maestro.
-
can all my fellow drummers just appreciate how good those ghost notes sound in this live. Congrats to Meshuggah for succesfully opening a black hole on Earth.
-
That drop on "Lethargica" was so fucking heavy it created a gravity well effect around my speakers and collapsed my whole room into a singularity.
-
I love how crowd starts screaming "meshuggah" in polyrhythms at 57:20
-
rumor has it that physicists at CERN sync their atomic clock with Tomas Haakes drumming
-
Note to self: New life goal - see Meshuggah live.
-
Tomas Haake’s footwork patterns on Bleed are insane to begin with, but the fact that he has them so locked in when playing live is truly incredible. These guys are on another level as far as being able to perform their material live. One of the greatest metal bands of all time imo

How is no one talking about Per? Can't imagine how pressured I'd feel if I had to fill in for Fredrik, and he's just chill AF through the entire show, enjoying and nailing this madness.
