This should not have come as a surprise. Back in February 2024: "More than 800 officials from the United States and Europe have signed a scathing criticism of Western policy towards Israel and Gaza, accusing their governments of possible complicity in war crimes." This isn't new news, this is a long time coming.

The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the evening of May 20, stating that "France supports the International Criminal Court and its independence and supports the fight against impunity under all circumstances." The statement also said that France has been warning for months about the need to strictly abide by international humanitarian law, "especially in the Gaza Strip, where the number of civilian casualties is unacceptable and humanitarian aid is lacking."

Is there enough evidence for an arrest warrant against Netanyahu? -No, because 40000+ people is not enough, we will continue the investigations to see if BY ANY CHANCE we can gather more data.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) doesn't have its own police force or prison system to detain individuals. However, it can issue arrest warrants for individuals accused of crimes within its jurisdiction, and it relies on member states to enforce these warrants and carry out arrests. If a person is arrested and brought before the ICC, the court can then hold trials and, if found guilty, impose sentences, which could include imprisonment. So, while the ICC itself doesn't directly put individuals behind bars, it can play a significant role in the prosecution and punishment of those responsible for serious international crimes.

The suggestion that he should have announced the request for arrest warrants on different days is absurd. Can you imagine the outrage if he had asked for arrests of only one of the groups involved? Half of the world would have exploded in indignation. And then doing it later for the other group would have only made it look that he's adding them just as a response to the outcry. Ridiculous stuff!
  • Netanyahu has been committing war crimes against Palestinians for decades under the protection of the US/Britain Vempires 😂
