  • I'm excited to share this simple, delicious, nutritious smoothie recipe with you! It's easy to make, affordable and super versatile. I really hope you give it a try! XO Dani
  • I add half a small avocado, spinach, banana, yoghurt, chia seeds and almond milk. I am trying to eat foods that are really good for my skin. Two weeks in and my gastritis has eased, my rosacea has really, really calmed down. I have honey, citreon, and ginger tea in the morning, then my smoothie and the day is great. I am grateful that I am feeling better and reaching healthier food goals. Thanks for this recipe, it's a good way to include a wholegrain into a smoothie.
