  • Imagine your house is on fire. You run inside to save whatever you can, but the Foo Fighters are just rocking out in your living room as loud as they can.

I like how you never see his face. The real heroes are the good people everyday who go unnoticed doing heroic things. The real heroes are the people you don’t even know are heroes

This legitimately may be one of the best songs ever written. I've never heard a soul say they didn't like this song

Dad was a hero…I never got the chance to tell him how “extraordinary” he was.
  • @ieatbadgers
Man that is messed up, he saved all those people but let the foo fighters burn.
  • @guntech59
My Dad, a WWII Vet told me "Heroes are ordinary men in Extraordinary circumstances." There is a lot of truth in that sentence.

I'll never let Foo Fighters die, no matter how old I get

Rest in Peace Taylor Hawkins, Truly a great musician who was gone too soon, May you rest in peace
  • My son and I was supposed to spend the summer learning this song. He was a drummer and I was a on guitar. My 12 year old son Tristan Van Lu passed away on 3/22/23. He was the best drummer I have ever met, he was my hero. I rocked this song out at his funeral, it was the last time I will ever touch a guitar again. Played until my fingers bled my boy!. I love you so much my son, my best friend I will never forget you and will never stop missing you my son....

had an uber driver that taught me about life on the ride home through the wisdom he gave me. talked a long time about his life journey and he showed me this song and how much it motivated him to better his life situation. he’s a hero to me. i’ll probably never see him again but i hope he’s out there doing great. can’t even remember his name, but i’ll always remember his integrity. love you man. i’ll cherish that conversation forever.

This song was played at my friend’s funeral. I only knew him for about 5 months. We met at uni. He passed and his family invited all the uni friends he had. For some reason I got really emotional though I barely knew him… this song will now forever remind me of the amazing person he was, an extremely bitter sweet end.

My friend’s father died recently. He was a huge fan of the foo fighters, and this song played at his funeral. Rest in Peace.

Kurt challenged everyone to consider others thoughts and feelings and talk about depression Dave encouraged everyone after he died that life can actually mean something. That’s how I feel listening to this.
