What a beautiful car. I can't wait till it come up. I wish Henrik Fisker and his company nothing but the best.

beautiful. Fisker is the company that is moving ahead of it's time design wise and technology wise. i get disappointed with other car company with them making cars that look less quality looking, but Fisker is my new car company. this is how a future car should look.

I hope they succeed. We need to create manufacturing jobs and reduce oil imports. Go Fisker!

I am more concerned with the fit and finish of this vehicle. Obviously, what's on display here is the fully loaded model. I am curious what the cost of a normally spec'd A5 would actually buy me. I went to the Fisker showroom in Toronto today just to see how the Karma was fitted out. Decent. And if it's anything like that, my chequebook will come flying out. But if it's totally different, I'd rather hold out for the Tesla Blue Star.

Is this available in RHD for aisan markets?

The Fisker is definitely the car of the future; yet it's unfortunate that most people don't see that yet. I think people still just don't understand the concept of a hybrid sports car. They either need something all-electric like the Tesla, or some gas-guzzling beast like a Ferrari. The Fisker is "avant garde" - just a little ahead of its time. Fisker needs to become more aggressive in proving that its cars are just as good and in some ways better than the Tesla (of course, depending on who buys it).

They really love putting that pringles mustache grill on there cars.

With a 300 mile range on the high end Tesla Model S, what's the chances he'll be stuck on the road with dead batteries? Besides, who drives till their batteries die? Do people drive till they run out of gas just for the heck of it?
  • @davidlopezlive
This car looks nice but the front end is at least a foot to long. I really dislike long nose vehicles but it looks better than the Karma.

I don't believe Tesla is going to eat them alive....yet. Tesla won't have a vehicle that can compete in this class till at least 2015. By then battery prices still won't be low enough to offer more than 150-200 miles on the lowest model vs. 300mi on the base Atlantic. And there are lots of folks (like me) for whom regular charging is not an option (high-rise dwellers). So there will always be a market for a strong serial hybrid. BMW, Mercedes though? Should be worried.

unfortunately fisker doesn't understand technology like musk, he's a designer - not a technologist. The car looks beautiful, but thats it.
