I did that last Sunday... BBQ'd the most bee-u-tee-full rib eye steak burgers...
Went to the pantry and YIKES... no buns!
But... in my case it was a good thing... saved a bunch of carbs... we ate them with the salad fixin's

My wife and I did smash burger tacos that were viral on social media. It only uses 1 tortilla and has a big mac sauce. Very good! I may try your yorkshire pudding version. Never had one before
