Loved this flip through, as always. I love to see more bits of your world, allthough you tell me almost everything :D Teaching journaling sounds fun, but is not as easy. Some people can not just take a pen and start. Some are maybe overwhelmed by perfectionism and anxiety to mess up. First they need to learn how to let go of the pressure and that can not happen in one minute to the other. I onced helped Jae to start full time journaling. He was suffering from OCD and would destroy his journals after one single mistake. I helped him to calm down many times, until he was able to finish a journal and it became a daily practice for him. But I still struggle with other friends. Like the girl who loves journaling and buys a lot of journals, but then never starts. She avoids it like a plague and is always too busy or too tired, allthough her biggest dream is to journal. This topic, and peoples complex situations can be very intense.

I love this journal flip through the first entry I usually do is like an everyday thing. This time I did what I’m doing currently. And I did a quote in the beginning as well. 😊 I should do a Goals one for my next year journaling. 😊
